Lars was a soldier after his time in school. He was a part of nine months of basic military service in the Kongelige Livgarde, an infantry regiment within the Danish army. The military service wasn't the right choice for him and he began looking for something new after having finished it . He decided to take a biology course. Anette who had been working for the military for the past year, returned from a juggler's course to show him how well she was able to juggle in just three days. Lars was happy about this and was keen to give it a go. Therefore, he quit college and enrolled to the juggler's school. He was taught fire breathing and the art of juggling in this school. Then he traveled with two of his friends across Europe performing as touring artists performing in cities such as Paris, Munich and Moscow. He was introduced into a children's circus two more years after. There he also learned the pantomime of children's theater as well as street theatre.
