The user claimed the site exposed him sexually explicit videos by female streamers. According to court documents from Dexerto, Estavillo, who had previously sued Microsoft and Sony in addition to Nintendo and Blizzard made the complaint on June 15 and Twitch was served with an official summons later that day. Estavillo was, in accordance with the Santa Clara Superior Court of California complaint has a range of medical ailments that make the user to solely rely on the Internet to enjoy his leisure. He is also suffering from obsessive compulsive disorder, and sexual dependence. According to the lawsuit, Twitch makes these issues worse.
